A Memorable Event in Marseille: A Convention at the Heart of Interaction

Recently, Outvision had the honor of designing and producing the general and lighting scenography of a prestigious convention in Marseille. The main objective was to create an authentic proximity between speakers and participants, thus promoting a direct and dynamic exchange.

Central Scene and Proximity

To achieve this goal, we designed and implemented a 14-meter-long central stage, strategically positioned at the heart of the event space. This innovative layout allowed participants to feel as close as possible to the speakers, enriching their experience and facilitating better interaction.

Spectacular Laser Show

The opening of the convention was marked by a spectacular indoor laser show, captivating the audience from the very first moment. This technological demonstration breathed a vibrant energy into the room, setting the stage for a day rich in exchanges and discoveries.

Exterior scenography

The scenography was not limited to the interior. In the evening, we enhanced the façade of the Georges Henri Rivière building as well as the footbridge leading to the Mucem with a spectacular lighting creation. The lighting effects and the chosen colours transformed these structures into true works of art, offering guests an unforgettable visual experience.

Tribute to the 2024 Olympic Games

In tribute to the 2024 Olympic Games, the evening was also enlivened by street dance performances. These dynamic and inspiring animations celebrated the Olympic spirit with style and passion. The evening ended with a light parade, where mobile light installations enchanted the participants, adding a magical final touch to an already extraordinary event.
